Panakam – Tradition in a Bottle was founded by Chinmaya Arjun Raja to identify, document and encourage families to make their traditional homemade food products with natural ingredients unique to different communities and traditions in South India. Our products are handmade by selected families who still follow recipes passed down through generations and use fresh local produce and ingredients. The products are all 100 % natural and traditional, free from any sort of preservatives and added colours.

The Panakam KitchenCULINARY CONVERSATIONS

The Panakam Kitchen – Culinary Conversations is our outreach activity. We organise exclusive Traditional South Indian Lunch & Dinner at the houses of selected Home Chefs. You will get to interact and spend time with the home chefs and their family for an unique culinary experience. The date and time will be decided depending on the availability of the home Chefs.

We organise Culinary Training & Workshops with Home Chefs & Families following their culinary heritage.
